担当授業科目の特徴
【生化学Ⅰ】

生命システムを理解するための最初の段階として,生体を構成する物質について学びます。タンパク質の立体構造認識能力が,生命の成り立ちにとって不可欠であることを理解してほしいと思います。


【分子薬理学】

薬とは,タンパク質に結合してその機能を変えるものです。多くの薬のターゲットはシグナル分子ですので,シグナル伝達の仕組みを学ぶことは薬が効く仕組みを学ぶことにつながります。

  1. 歯周炎の病態形成における歯周組織構成細胞の役割
  2. 歯周炎分子標的治療薬のスクリーニング

近い将来の目標は,飲む歯周炎治療薬をつくることです。
